Wellston Football Booster Club is taking our Middle School football players to East Central University for a special team experience! Players will receive a VIP tour of the ECU football facilities and VIP Tickets to the Game!
TRIP DETAILS
Who: Wellston Middle School Football Players
Cost: FREE
The Wellston Football Booster Club is covering transportation, the ECU experience, game admission, and dinner.
Departure: 2:00 PM SHARP
Meet at the Wellston Football Field.
Transportation: Players and coaches will travel together in 15-passenger vans.
What to Wear:
Wear your HOME Wellston football jersey with comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and shoes.
Dinner:
Dinner will be provided by the Wellston Football Booster Club.
Players may bring optional spending money if they would like to purchase concessions or other items at the game.
RETURN INFORMATION
Because the return time will depend on the length of the football game, we will communicate directly with parents during the trip.
Parents will receive:
A notification when we are leaving ECU
A second notification when we are approximately 15 minutes from the Wellston Football Field
Players will be picked up at the football field when we return.

PLAYER EXPECTATIONS
This is a Wellston Football team event. Players will be representing Wellston Football and our community throughout the trip.
Players are expected to:
Stay with the team
Follow all instructions from coaches
Show respect to ECU staff, coaches, teammates, and others
Conduct themselves in a way that represents Wellston Football well
PARENTS & CHAPERONES
This trip is intended for 6th–8th grade Wellston football players and coaches.
Additional parent chaperones are not required, but parents interested in attending are welcome to ask. Please contact Coach Adam regarding availability before making plans to attend
